Meet Our Leadership Team
Before founding Clindata Insight, she worked for pharmaceutical companies in various management roles. She was the Head of Statistical Programming and Data Management at Santen Inc, where she built the statistical programming functionality from the ground up. She was also the Manager of Statistical Programming and Global Product Lead Programmer at Amgen, where she led a global programming team to support the GCSF franchise.
Peng holds a Master's of Science in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master's of Science in Genetics and Developmental Biology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. She received her Bachelor's of Science in Biotechnology from Peking University.
Peng is a member of American Statistical Association (ASA SF Chapter), Women Presidents' Organization (WPO), BayHelix Group, Women in Bio (WIB), and Pharmaceutical Software User Group (PHUSE). She is also a co-founder of the non-profit data science focused organization DahShu in the Silicon Valley. She has given numerous talks on career development and entrepreneurship.
Peng lives in the town of Moraga, California, with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys reading and supporting her kids in their various extracurricular activities.
Richelle’s ability to precisely match the technical skills and personality traits of a candidate to the right position on a high functioning team has proven invaluable to our clients and candidates. She takes a comprehensive approach to recruiting: listening and understanding the candidate’s job requirements; critically assessing their past work experience and technical skills; and coaching and proofing resume writing. Her candor, integrity, timeliness and open communication style throughout the search process make her the recruiter of choice by clients and candidates. Richelle’s extensive experience and network of contacts have allowed her to fill highly skilled and hard-to-fill positions.
Prior to joining Clindata Insight, Richelle worked for over 20 years in life sciences in research, product management and marketing management. Her background gives her insight into the dynamic of high team performance and the understanding of a hiring manager’s mindset which is an enhancement when she is recruiting. Richelle prides herself on being very professional and ethical. She has an incredible work ethic and is very committed to meeting her client's expectations. She especially values her ongoing relationships with candidates and being part of their career progression, and our clients’ business success.
Richelle lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and three daughters and enjoys spending time with family and friends and volunteering in the community.
Prior to joining Clindata Insight, she worked for many years in strategic organizational development, business process improvement, and account management. Mylinh has led and trained global teams in process improvement methodologies, driven key process improvement initiatives and streamlined business operations across multi-functional teams in small to large size companies.
Mylinh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California at Berkeley and is completing a certification program in Human Resources Management. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, learning, traveling and spending time with her family in the great outdoors.
Allison’s strengths include social media, digital design, creativity, and adaptability. Before joining our team, Allison held internships and volunteer positions related to social media marketing while also starting her own business creating body products.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s College of California, in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. She lives in Northern California. In her spare time, she loves exploring outside, teaching yoga, visiting family, and taking photographs.
